Happy Quad Trail Run 2026

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY By registering for this event, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Trail running is a physically demanding activity with inherent risks including but not limited to: falls, uneven or unstable terrain, tree roots, river crossings, steep ascents and descents, extreme weather conditions, wildlife encounters, dehydration, exhaustion, and contact with other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks and participate entirely at my own risk. 2. FITNESS AND MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY I certify that I am physically and medically fit to participate in this event. I have trained adequately and am aware of the demands of the distance and terrain. I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation. 3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, landowners, local government units, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss — including those resulting from the negligence of the released parties — to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law. 4. INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify and defend the organizers against any claims brought by third parties arising from my conduct during the event. 5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION I authorize the organizers and their designees to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that costs incurred are my sole responsibility. 6. RULES AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY I agree to follow all event rules and marshal instructions. I will not litter on the course, will stay on marked trails, and will respect the natural environment and local communities along the route. Violation of these rules may result in disqualification. 7. MEDIA RELEASE I grant the organizers the right to photograph, video, and record me during the event and to use such materials for promotional, editorial, and social media purposes without compensation. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms above. I am 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate.
