Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing trailph and registering for any event listed on the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the trailph platform operated by Bar-R-camp, Philippines.
2. Registration and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register independently, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
- Submitting a registration does not guarantee a confirmed slot. Registration is confirmed only after payment verification by the organizer.
- Each registration is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.
3. Payment
- Registration fees are paid directly to the event organizer via the payment method specified in the event details (e.g., GCash).
- trailph does not process or hold payments on behalf of organizers.
- Proof of payment must be submitted as part of your registration.
4. Refund and cancellation policy
Refund requests are subject to the following schedule:

| 15–29 days before race day | 50% of registration fee |
| 8–14 days before race day | 25% of registration fee |
| 7 days or fewer before race day | No refund |
To request a cancellation, email hello@trailph.com with your name and registration details. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Event cancellation by the organizer: If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control (weather, force majeure, government directive), a full or partial refund may be offered at the organizer's discretion. trailph is not liable for such cancellations.
5. Participant responsibilities
- Participants must follow all event rules, race marshal instructions, and applicable local regulations.
- Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and training preparation.
- Participants must carry mandatory gear as specified by the event.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or endangering other participants may result in disqualification without refund.
6. Assumption of risk and liability
Trail running is an inherently risky activity. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily. trailph, Bar-R-camp, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, death, illness, property damage, or loss arising from participation — to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
A full Waiver and Release of Liability is presented and must be accepted at the time of registration.
7. Intellectual property
All content on trailph — including text, logos, and design — is owned by trailph and Bar-R-camp. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
